ExpertiseTraining

Training that changes what happens on the floor.

Most hospitality training fails politely: a pleasant day in a meeting room, a certificate, and by Thursday the same nine-ring phone. EXCEED trains differently — on your floor, around your standards, measured before and after — because the only training that matters is the kind a guest can feel.

Service excellence, taught practically

Our service excellence training is built from the golden rules we hold every operation to: never ignore a guest; greet guests whenever you pass them; pick it up, whatever it is; report what is broken; offer the upgrade, the dessert, the late checkout; and smile — especially when it is difficult. Teams practise real moments from their own operation until the standard becomes reflex.

Department by department

We deliver targeted training where the audit says it is needed: front office and reception, housekeeping, food and beverage service, breakfast, bars, spa and leisure, reservations and telephone standards. Each module is written from what our inspectors actually observed in your property — which is why it lands.

Leaders and supervisors

Standards live or die at supervisor level. Our leadership and management training builds the routines that keep excellence alive between visits: the daily line-up that means something, coaching conversations, standards walks, complaint ownership and the discipline of following up. Senior leaders receive individual coaching where it will move the operation most.

Embedded, then verified

Training is stage five of the EXCEED Method™, not the whole of it. Every programme ends with unannounced verification visits that measure whether behaviour actually changed — and the scores to prove it to the board.

Begin with a conversation.

Every engagement starts the same way: a confidential discussion of your property, your concerns and your ambitions. Call +44 (0)20 8088 9956, write to info@exceedhospitality.com, or use the enquiry form.
