A membership is renewed — or quietly cancelled — on a hundred small experiences a month. We score them before the renewal letter goes out.
A membership is a relationship. Relationships are built on consistency.
Clubs rarely lose members in a single bad visit. They lose them by degrees: the towel shelf empty at peak, the changing room that smells of yesterday, the instructor who never learns a name, the front desk that looks up a second too late. No one complains. They simply do not renew — and the club never finds out why.
EXCEED joins anonymously and lives the membership: joining journey, reception, changing rooms, pool and gym floor, classes, spa, food and drink, and the way problems are handled. Every touchpoint scored, every visit at a different hour of the week.
We deliver a scored member-journey report with photographic evidence; written standards for reception, wet-side, dry-side and food service that define what good looks like at 6am and 9pm alike; training delivered to the teams in person; and unannounced return visits to confirm the culture has stuck.
For member-led environments we add the measures that matter to a committee: consistency between shifts, recognition of long-standing members, and the dignity of every guest — including those the classic checklists forget.
Our directors’ experience includes The Eden Club and multi-site leisure operations — accommodation, dining, member experience and recreation coordinated as one. We know that a club is judged as a whole, and we assess it the same way.
